I have had an enthusiastic approach to health and fitness since I was hooked at age 16. My fitness pursuits include gymnastics, climbing, yoga, cycling and bodybuilding/ powerlifting with an approach that focuses on enjoyment and longevity. Essentially I like to pursue new training modalities regularly, finding new ways to move and stay active. The most important aspect of my venture into personal training is to help people to enjoy their bodies everyday. Not only am I passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, I also want to make sure they continue to feel well; whatever life throws at them. My countless hours at the desk have given me a full appreciation of all the niggles and setbacks associated with long periods of sitting as well as the potential stressors of office life.
